Casting or forging or the manufacture of sheet metal, which is cheaper?
What process is cheaper, cast or forging or sheet metal fabrication, without taking into account initial tooling costs?
Depends on the application, the shape of the was done and the number should be. In addition to not include initial tooling costs is unfair because an element that can be manufactured by welding is less tooling costs and is good for one time items.
